Tournament Cancellation Policy
At Corntrix Cornhole, we understand that weather and unforeseen circumstances can impact event scheduling. Please review our event coordination cancellation policy below.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event and tournament bookings.
- Deposits are non-refundable, including cancellations related to weather.
- Cornhole boards are made of wood and are not designed to be played in rain, snow, or severe weather conditions. To protect equipment and ensure player safety, events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather.
- If severe weather or unsafe conditions affect the event, Corntrix Cornhole will work with the client to reschedule the tournament whenever possible.
- Any event rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date and time.
- If an event is rescheduled, the deposit will be transferred to the new event date.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event may result in additional fees depending on staffing, travel, and equipment preparation already completed.
- Corntrix Cornhole reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event due to unsafe conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
