**Return and Refund Policy**
Thank you for shopping at Corntrix Cornhole. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. If you encounter an issue, please contact us at corntrixcornhole@gmail.com.
**Returns:**
Our return policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include the order number or proof of purchase with your return.
**Custom Orders:**
Many of our products are custom-made, so while we offer a 100% quality guarantee for materials and craftsmanship, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect logos, colors, or custom text provided in the order.
**Size and Color:**
We do not accept returns for merchandise ordered in the wrong size. If you're unsure of sizing, we recommend ordering a size larger. Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.
**Refunds:**
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
**Shipping Costs:**
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your item costs more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
**Wrong Shipping Address:**
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to have the order reshipped.
**Incorrect Orders (Non-Custom Bags Only):**
If you accidentally ordered the wrong bag type or color (this applies to stock bags only, not custom orders with logos or text), you have two options:
1) Return the bags (you cover shipping costs) and receive a refund for the bag cost.
2) Return the bags (you cover shipping costs) and also cover shipping fees for the correct bags to be sent to you.
**Defects:**
If you believe your item is defective, please email us at corntrixcornhole@gmail.com with photos of the defect so we can assess the issue and provide further assistance.
